Dead battery,
and get the charge checked when a new one is fitted,
I've seen Vaux' alternators killing battery's with over charging.

Could try charging battery first in case non charging alternator has run battery down , otherwise new battery will be same if alternator faulty .Any fast fit centre or good accessory shop will test both battery and alternator FOC while you wait .
