Vauxhall Omega Bulbs Problems

brake lights not coming on when main beam on and when all lights are off, the front left side light comes on when pressing the brake. The brake light in back window comes on when main beams are on.

Fuel and half of speedo not illuminated possible bulb blown don't now how replace

My round temperature controls has bulbs gone , any one no how to get to the to replace bulbs..
