2000 Vauxhall Omega lights not working properly

brake lights not coming on when main beam on and when all lights are off, the front left side light comes on when pressing the brake. The brake light in back window comes on when main beams are on.

check that you have got the correct bulbs fitted for the brake lights and tail lamp.if you have a single filament bulb fitted where it should be a twin filament bulb you will get this problem.have seen this done loads of times
