2018 Vauxhall Mokka adblue error message

Had brake error last year pads burnt out after upgrading software then the brake stuck and burnt out in cold weather. Dealership had to get an update run to get paid by Vauxhall week after adblue warning system came on wouldn’t go out even when topped up after 5 days messages cleared dealership checked said re set no problems found 3 weeks later same error message… in dealership now unable to clear error Vauxhall have given them long list to check have said possible software issue but nothing working major bill for investigation but no update from dealership and Vauxhall aren’t interested odd how everything happens after updates
