If not been done for a while get oil and filter changed , using a good oil .If not want to do it yourself , the likes of National tyres will do it while you wait

sounds like noisey hydraulic tappets,take advice given above and see if this cures noise,if not then you will need to replace them

Could well be noisy hydraulic tappets till oil reaches them , that is why oil/ filter change was suggested first .
