2004 Vauxhall Meriva will not start

car was running ok but light kept comming on every few days (car with spanner in it) then without any signs it wont turn over. ignition lights are on ok indicators flash very fast had to call recovery they tried to start it. not battery or starter motor or loose wire ive only had car 2 months so it should be under warranty any ideas?
