2013 Vauxhall Meriva auto gearbox

When selecting Drive, it bangs viciously into gear. All other selections are smooth and the gear changing is ok. I had a gearbox oil change done, however the issue has stayed the same.

Could check engine / transmission mountings but may need trans checked with suitable scanner for fault codes , may be wear and tear on gearbox
