New battery a alternator fitted but problem still exists also had ecu checked and its functions perfect

Need to check your alternator charging rate as a first step .

Alternator putting out 14 .3 volts

I've been told it could be connection on clocks ?

Some older Vauxhalls had trouble with the plug at back of instrument panel , think it was the Corsas , but it caused non start . Is the 14.3 v still there when you LOAD the alternator ?
