If doing what you have already done has not fixed it , you would have to check actual oil pressure with a master gauge.to see if o.k . If pressure low , many possible causes from engine wear to oil pump which is a common failure .

Thanks for your reply i had it pressure tested aswell as oil,filter sensor change im fearing the worst mainend bearings oil pump

Big end bearings and oil pump are probably the favourites unfortunately .
