Floor can have up to half an in ch of water on it after a rainy period. Happens wether car is used or not. Worse at drivers side. Water can extend to rear floor pan

I would check bulkhead water drains are not blocked ( below windscreen ) at scuttle panel .And sunroof water drains also , usually in the corners .
