Does the Meriva B 1.4 Tech line have a cover over the Rubber drive belt ? Noticed there is no cover over the belt and wheels so the whole area is exposed to the elements.

Not used to Vauxhall engines, but should there be a cover over the area of the rubber drive belt which is by the engine mount on the drivers side ? I can't see any screw or bolt holes where a cover would be fixed, but not sure if this the way the vehicle is with the Belt exposed.
