2010 Vauxhall Meriva driver's seat height adjustment broken

the lever to adjust the driver's seat height isn't functional. How do I fix that? Is that en electrical problem?

As your saying lever I’m thinking it’s just mechanical adjustment and just probably needs the lever replacing, electrical is normally a switch.

Thanks! I'm in Germany, here it's an Opel Meriva, (same car). My mechanic told me to check the fuses, but as you say, it must be either hydraulic or pneumatic. I'll take it in to him.
