2009 Vauxhall Meriva car losing power

Hello, I have a problem with my Meriva car 2009, It started to lose power and hesitate. I had the lamba censur changed and it then started with ignition problem but it wasn't a flat battery, The engine started to really bounce and shudder and the car had no power. The garage I used then changed the battery, thinking that was the problem. The engine light came on again and the car started to shudder and hesitate again. When driving it I have to keep my foot on the accelerater to keep it ticking over at lights as I fear it will stall. The garage still couldn't fin a problem. There must be someone who can suggest what is wrong with the car.

Change your garage to one that knows what they are doing instead of guessing and wasting your money .If the engine light is on there should be a fault code stored which will show if scanned . Coil packs are very common fault .

Thank you , I am changing garages as I feel that they are taking my money and have no idea what the problem is.
