2004 Vauxhall Meriva no dashboard lights at all

A few days back, i tried unlocking the car , then I tried to start the car , it won't start at all . I went and checked the battery and the battery was alright . Right now I cant seem to find the issue of the problem . The radio can start normally but the car just won't start. Need help urgently.

Is the engine turning over ? How do you know battery is o.k , ? Did you check the voltage or load test it ?
