2019 Vauxhall Grandland X oil pressure issues shown on screen, seems to correct after switch on an off, a bit concerning as the log tells me to stop the car, can you help please.

Might be a faulty oil pressure switch / sensor , may need engine oil and filter changed , but more than likely to be this unfortunately and needs checked out ASAP
