We can connect phone with Bluetooth but although who we phone we cannot hear anything in car, no mic?

You tried turning up the phone volume while it's connected via Bluetooth and playing through the car and also checked Bluetooth audio output settings

Phone on high and cannot see anything else we can do

Check with your dealership as it's only 2 years old for guidance , might be a common fault or a software update available
