2021 Vauxhall Grandland X rough clutch pedal

They carrying out the work under warranty ?

I went to my local vauxhall dealer yesterday, they took the car had a quick look at it and can book it in for repair on 8th November. Contacted vauxhall themselves and received a call back today and they said it needs to be put on a diagnostic machine at a vauxhall dealer before they will agree to fix the car under warranty. The dealer did not say that they just booked it for repair. Vauxhall also said that it may not be covered by the warranty. I went to the dealer and threatened to leave the car there until I know exactly what is going on. It is booked in for diagnostic on the 8th November, staying there for repair under warranty they disagreeed with vauxhall and it will be under warranty. To add more stress vauxhall tried to say that the dealer I bought the car from wasn't an official vauxhall dealership!
Dealer spoke to vauxhall and they giving me a car until sorted out whatever the problem is.

Shambles !! You could maybe update the forum on the outcome please ?

Of course I will.
Not impressed, yesterday told me may be the clutch, today gear box or the thing behind the pedals. Disgusting concidering it's brand spanking new with any of these problems. Bought a new car so I didn't have any problems in the first place

I have had my car in at a vauxhall dealer. They stated that the repair was a master clutch cylinder, replaced this and brake fluid allegedly. Total bill was £115.00
Took the car back within an hour as it was worse than ever.
Now saying clutch release bearings.
I have stated the consumer rights act 2015 (thank you for that)
The car isn't 6 months old until 22nd November. So I have refused to accept the car back. Requested refund or new same vehicle.
