Warning sign saying automatic collision brakes deactivated coming up and won't go away

Possible you may have accidently switched it off ? Should explain in owners , manual but on some Vauxhalls if you go into the Vehicle Settings in the infotainment system and under "Forward Collision System" you can check setting
