brake drum is stuck on at the drivers side.Brake cable seems OK Whatis the problem ?

is it stuck solid or does it move out a bit?if it moves then de adjust the handbrake as the drum may be lipped and that should come off.
if its solid then it means the bearing is stuck and a slide hammer will have to be used.
