I have an FM radio transmitter that connects to an iPod and is powered through the cigarette lighter in my car, however it doesn't seem to fit into the socket correctly so constantly loses the signal its picked up. Also realised that I have the same problem when plugging my SatNav charger in there as this doesn't fit properly either so SatNav doesn't charge up. Is there anything I can buy that will fit correctly into the cigarette lighter and can then have either of these plugged into them?

pop into your local maplins and they will have a range of adaptors for this and you should be ok afterwards and they would be more than happy to assist with your issues here
