because the plugs are wet. if i pour petrol in the head it will fire but thats all i can get out of it. can anyone help????????

if you have fuel and spark and compressions are fine it might be an injector problem,eg overfuelling, did you swap the ecu and all sensors, injectors over that go with new engine, could be a case of getting a diagnostic done on tech 2 and reprogramming the ecu and immobilser.

yes all censers have been changed along with ecu. i haven't tampered with the injectors at all.
when the engine was in the donor car it run sweet as a nut with no problems. although i have swapped the gear box from auto to a manual would that be causing a problem??

have you got the correct flywheel fitted as the crank sensors picks up from back of flywheel,
