When is it advisble to change a Cambelt on a Vauxhall Corsa 2004?

corsas are around every 40000 to 50000 but refer to cars manual also some corsas are timing chain if yours is a 1200cc or a 1000cc then its a chain driven not belt hope this helps

Mine is a 1200, dont have a manual though, is a chain less or more expsnsive to change?

There was a known fault with timing chains on Corsas a while back , see this old post .

timing chain - 2004 made cars, . Mainly 1.2, with only a few 1.0 and 1.4's affected
