2004 Vauxhall Corsa engine power loss

hi ive got a corsa 1.3 cdti. just fitted a new engine ( second hand ).the engine wont rev past 3000 to 3500 .will only go up too 65mph .engine seems fine .tested the car with a snap on code machine its coming up with fuel rail sensor + plus bank 1 low voltage .2 faults total .i changed the fuel rail off the old engine still the same tryed a full ecu kit car dash light is on with spanner any body got any ideas thanks *****tony*****

Had a very similar problem with my Nissan Primera.
Turned out to be a problem with the fuel injector pump, major job on a Primera but no power until I turned engine on and off.
Hope it isnt the same issue
