2004 Vauxhall Corsa water in rear footwell

Following a clutch replacement my corsa now has water in the rear footwell behind driver's seat. On driving through rain for approximately 4 miles his was approximately 1-2 inches deep. No where else is wet. Does anyone have any ideas on where this is coming from.

changing the clutch would`nt cause rain water to leak into car,you need to check all your door seals,window seals,sunroof seal are not damaged and drain tubes are not blocked,do a water leak test with a hose to see where the water is coming in
