2003 Vauxhall Corsa serious front judder!!

Car: Vauxhall Corsa
Year: 2003
Variant: 1.7DTi 16v SXi
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
I'm getting what feels like a bad wobble from the front left of my car.. at first I thought loose wheel but after inspection all nuts are tight. Everything is or looks as it should be underneath.. all tight and no signs of any movement. There is no movement in the wheel so I ruled out bearing and driveshaft seems correct too although a slight movement can be felt. The wobble is there under acceleration but goes as soon as power is taken off. Travelling at 55mph in 5th seems ok but if I drop to 4th and raise the power the wobble returns.. sometimes violently. Please help someone!!

replace the front suspension bushes as the slightest movement can get worse when under load so replace these on the left that you said and you should have no more judder

try ruling out a weak or out of shape tyre by swapping them front to rear as these tyres will show them selves on the driving wheels under load, if this does'nt cure it check lower arm bushes

It seems the problem is originating from the righthand side of the car caused by a worn steering rack.. :o(
The solution is a new steering rack and as its fitted with EPS not easy or cheap to do :o(

Oh well... Thanks for the help anyway :o)
