Long time for engine to warm loss of power while driving

Engine struggles to get warm, loss of power while driving already replaced spark plugs and ignition coil please help

If the engine is not getting to correct temp . probably thermostat stuck open .With loss of power , depends whether you have coil packs on plugs or ht leads , cant remember when they changed . If leads , could be one of them breaking down under load . Could also check cyl . compressions .Other possible causes but that the easiest to check first .
