0000 Vauxhall Corsa engine

ok once you have filled the bottle up is there any sign of water dripping on the floor if so you should be able to pin piont where its dripping from if there is no water dripping then there is only the head gasket that is leaking in to the cyclinders and burning it with the fuel take the car to a garage and have them do a head gasket pressure test and there is a fluid test that they can do aswell that changes colour if the headgasket has gone
