Hi my car starts fine,then the problem only occurs temporarily and when accelorating she loses power and then she goes fine can someone please shed some light on the problem.

Sounds like intermittent misfire , could be numerous possible causes. You have already replaced plugs and air filter , could be plug lead breaking down or coil pack. Unless you get a diagnostic scan , it's really hard to tell for sure what is causing problem .Hope this helps .
