2008 Vauxhall Corsa key won't turn

intermittant problem.insert key and it won't turn also hazard warning triangle lights up.Take the key out and put it back a few times and eventually the dash lights come on and the key turns.unable to let dealership see problem as it's intermittant.they looked at it when key was turning normally and charged £60 although car still under warranty.

Take it you've tried moving steering wheel to take strain of column lock when key sticks ?
