1993 Vauxhall Corsa engine wobble

the only way i can describe this is as engine wobble. Drove it to the supermarket parked up and everything was fine, came back to the car and started it back up and the car was shaking and shuddering a bit. it hasn't done this before and it's been like it for 5 or 6 consecutive starts. the exhaust is a bit loud but other than that the car is in good order. it still seems to drive ok but when idle starts shuddering and wobbling again. little bit worried any ideas?

have you tried any fuel treatment this will help clean the injectors and other parts of the fuel system
