Loseing power

2000 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 sxi 16v

When i get to a certain speed like 30 etc... my car just seems to slow right down to if the car has turned itself off as it jolt forward, then if i take foot off excelrator then back on it resumes back to normal, i have checked filters etc... well a garage has and even had spark plugs replaced etc...

the problem you have got is the accelerater pedal is faulty as they are fly by wire ie no cable as they are electricaly operated and you need a new one fitted hope this helps
