2002 Vauxhall Corsa engine wont idle on start up

I Start the engine and it initially starts and the engine is responsive to the accelerator. Then within 3-4 seconds the engine cuts out. On re-start the engine will not run. After a 10-15min wait the same will happen again.
Any ideas...?

Can be air in pipes, check overflow pipes and filter.
