2002 Vauxhall Corsa emissions light, lack of power, shuddering while taking off

Hi I wonder if you's can help? I have a problem with my corsa club. Started it the other day and it struggled to start gave it some more gas and it started. The Engine electronic, transmission electronics light came on and stayed on. Drove around the block and it went out then the Exhaust emissions light came on and is now on when ever im driving the car. I am also experiencing loss in power, Id take off in fist and it struggles rev up then change to second its the same. Third gear has very little power goin up a very small hill. Its like there's a delay then it has power but sometimes there's no delay and no power? Any idea's would be great.
