2002 Vauxhall Corsa do not have managment lights & engine wont start.no n/s dash warning lights

So I had an intermittent issue of the car not starting. Now it’s completely stopped working. Car will turn over but not start. Only have the battery light and ! Showing on driver side, no other lights. Any ideas guys ? I have removed the instrument cluster and checked it was plugged in properly, still no joy.
