2002 Vauxhall Corsa ns indicators flashing at double speed

52 corsa comfort Ns indicators flashing at double speed. All bulbs are working. If I put the hazards on then all flash at the correct speed.
I thought it might be the flasher relay but cannot locate this. Handbook and Hynes do not mention it.

swap ns bulbs for os as you may have a faulty or incorrect bulb ,swapping will prove if fault moves with bulbs if so replace.
