2012 Vauxhall Corsa intermittent gear problem - manual

Hi. Despite a new clutch there are times when i can’t select a gear and it affects all gears, including reverse. The clutch pedal becomes very soft and i have to switch off the engine, wait a few minutes and then restart.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Check your clutch fluid level and also the master cylinder for any sign of fluid leaks
