having to refill water bottle as it is empty after about 15 to twenty miles then it is bone dry there is no water mixing with the oil where can the water be going to any ideas

A pressure test of the cooling system will show any external leaks and a block test will tell if head / gasket leaking .It depends where a head gasket goes whether it goes into sump and mixes with oil or blows out through the exhaust .
