Touchscreen frozen

Touchscreen is frozen, sometimes randomly jumps through channels, shows outside temperature at ridiculously low temperatures. I’ve had the temperature sensor replaced and disconnected and re connected the battery but don’t know what to try next.

Could check if there are any software updates available to fix this or pull the fuse to the infotainment system is worth trying .
