Hi All on my Corsa 2015, 1.2 I’ve been having this loud ticking noise when the engine is on. It gets heavier as I accelerate. It’s done 53k. The noise started recently after water pump replacement.

Could be a hydraulic tappet , timing chain or worn camshaft . Assume oil level o.k . If tappet could try changing engine oil and filter in outside chance it might fix .
