Boot won't unlock

Boot won't unlock. After may attempts managed to get it to unlock and cleaned lock. Opened and locked twice now stuck locked again

Are you still in warranty ,cars a bit young to be suffering lock issues most Vauxhall’s are remote press double to unlock whole car and separate boot button more likely to be a wiring issue to rear boot lock solenoid

Thanks for reply. car should be in warranty, will check with Vauxhall if I can get someone to answer the phone. Is it the sort of problem RAC can fix on call out?

No they will not look at it ,as your cars still mobile and not regarded as an emergency
