The on switch for air con is not working. Bypassed the switch and the air conditioning pump worked

May be needing regassed , could try Halfords

It is fully gased

Checked the fuses ? There is at least 3 for air con

They are ok

Scan it with Tech 2/3 to find fault or replace switch / panel.
