I have oil leaking from rocket cover, have replaced oil filter and rocket cover gasket. not leaking from the oil pressure valve.

Check the engine is " breathing " correctly and hose is clear .Usually full of sludge and hole can be clogged up causing build up of pressure and oil leaks .
