Nosie on acceleration

Hi everytime i accelerate there is a slight noise it sounds like a whining noise.(rattle) it dont get any worse but is always there everytime i accelerate no matter how fast i go.puzzled iam ??

could be the alternator belt to tight but have this area checked as for the rattling have that checked out to as if you leave it to long what ever it is could become more costly
