Reduced Engine Power

2016 Vauxhall Corsa
Car: Vauxhall Corsa
Year: 2016
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Pretty much as soon as I set off this morning out of the blue the engine light came on along with the message 'Reduced Engine Power'. It has never happened before and my car was serviced a few weeks ago.

I carried on in hope it would eventually go off and return to normal when the car had heated up a bit but unfortunately this didn't happen.

This is definitely not ideal as I have to travel on the motorway to and from work.
I had to travel in 2nd gear up the slightest bit of hill to get the revs up.

Any advice would be great.

Sounds like car has gone in to limp mode .Take it back to whoever serviced the car and if needed get it scanned for fault codes .
