2000 Vauxhall Corsa engine stops when warm

car starts fine when cold, but cuts out and will not start till engine has cooled. seems to cut power to fuel pump.

a common fault with this is coil pack when engine is hot cuts out and wont restart till cool. does it cut out after a long fast run or is it only bad starting?.coils are hard to check but a poor week or no spark after cutting out.

how do you know it is cutting out power to fuel pump?

is the car just turning over when this happens, if you put your foot flat to the floor does it nearly try to start

probably find its the crank sensor

just did one with a faulty crank sensor, it was giving a similar fault.
