2005 Vauxhall Corsa electronic light showing

Wouldn't start,so jumped started It.Still not enough power going through It to move the car. Electronic light still showing when the car started.

Could be dud battery , worth getting it checked / load tested or try charging .If engine light then still on you will need to get it scanned to see what fault codes are showing .

If the battery checks out it could be the alternator.

^ should have added , get alternator output checked at same time .
