I'm not defending anyone,
but too many techs these days plug in a scanner and if there's no fault codes stored that's the end of it as far as they're concerned.
That's just how they're trained.
And the pay bonus scheme doesn't exactly encourage investigation.
So as the previous respondent wrote take it elsewhere.
But I'll give you credit for video the bugger.
Most time I feel like a cop asking questions about symptoms.
Your experience is the most useful info needed.
So list it.
Is it hot/cold when this happens and so on.
Any detail and every detail.
YOU never know what will trigger a diagnostic path but a good tech will listen first.
