Reverse lights not working

have had fuse, sensor, and plug to bulb checked and still they are not working the garage have tried to even google the problem. has any one had this problem if so how did they solve it.

Did the garage remove the sensor and with it connected manually activate the sensor?
And did the check the feed /ground for the ability to carry current?
Not just put a multi meter on the wires.

As above responder , plus bridge plug and see if they operate ( remember to have ignition on )
