2008 Vauxhall Corsa door won't open

Have a Vauxhall corsa tdi 1.3 2008 door doesnt open from inside but does from outside and window wind up is stopping taking panel off any ideas of what problem could be and how to fix as it just failed my mot and cannot get the window winder off

Surprised that car doesn't have electric windows instead of manual wind up .This shows the clip on some Corsas and other cars that hold winder on , may be the same as yours .
