Car went through water

I went through some deep water in my corsa automatic and parked it up the next day car cut out no waring and f is coming up on the display panel started it today went 3 miles then car totally stopped and it wont start or go into gear just flashing f, please help

Check wiring plugs / connections on transmission , for water ingress .If not that , need to get it scanned for fault codes .
